This Privacy Policy describes how Bul: Store Locator ("we", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, and discloses information when installed on or used in connection with a Shopify store.

1. Information We Collect

When you install and use Bul: Store Locator:

• Merchant Store Information: We store store location details entered by the merchant (such as store name, address, phone number, working hours, and coordinates) in order to display them on your interactive storefront map.
• End-User / Customer Geolocation: When a customer clicks the "Near Me" button, browser geolocation coordinates are processed exclusively on the customer's device (client-side) to calculate distances to the nearest store. We do not transmit, collect, or store individual customer location data on our servers.
• No Personal Customer Data: The App does not collect, process, or sell personal customer information (such as customer names, emails, billing details, or browsing history).

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Render the interactive store locator map on your storefront.
• Allow merchants to manage, edit, and organize physical store locations.
• Calculate proximity and provide navigation directions to store locations.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade merchant or customer data. We use standard mapping tile providers (OpenStreetMap) to display map tiles. No personal data is sent to map tile servers.

4. Data Retention & Deletion (GDPR Compliance)

Store configuration data is retained as long as the App remains installed on your Shopify store. If you uninstall the App, store configuration data associated with your store is automatically purged in compliance with Shopify's mandatory GDPR data erasure webhooks.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures (including HTTPS encryption in transit) to protect merchant store configuration data from unauthorized access.
